Cancellation Policy

•Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid charges.


•Cancellations made after this period will incur a fee charged to the card on file.

Late Policy

•A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. After this, a $20.00 non-refundable late fee will be charged to the card on file.


•The late fee is not transferable or deductible from future appointments. Only the $20.00 non-refundable deposit can be transferred one timeto a future appointment.

No Show Policy

•If you fail to show up for your appointment, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service amount.

•Declined card charges will result in a booking restriction.

•Clients with 3 or more no-shows or late cancellations will be blocked from booking future appointments.

We value your time and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our policies to ensure a smooth experience for all clients.

Booking Deposit

A $20.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is transferable one time only and will be applied to your appointment total

Payment

Final payment is due on the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, all major credit cards, and Zelle.

Card On File

 A valid debit or credit card is required at booking for cancellation purposes.

Appointment Confirmations

 You will receive an email confirmation immediately after booking.

Reminder emails and text messages will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Appointments can be managed directly through your confirmation email or reminder text.
